Black Friday Special: Purchases made between November 27 and December 3 have extended return conditions until February 2, 2025.
Shipping:
- All items are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Free shipping is offered for orders within Spain.
- Customs fees may apply for countries outside of the EU. These charges must be covered by the customer upon delivery or return.
Shipping Methods:
- Orders to Spain are shipped via Correos.
- International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL.
Returns and Exchanges:
- We are here to assist you with returns and exchanges because we want to make the process as easy as possible! To request a return or exchange, please contact KUMI Sneakers at info@kumisneakers.com
- We are so confident you'll love your KUMI Sneakers that we give you 60 days to request an exchange or return. If you exceed this timeframe, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.

- For Spain: The first exchange or return is free of charge. A shipping label will be provided by the brand, making the process simple and hassle-free.

For the Rest of the World: The cost for exchanges or returns varies by country. A shipping label will be sent by the brand once you cover the shipping cost.
Non-Refundable Costs:
- We do not refund shipping costs or customs charges in any case.
- All items purchased during final sales or from the RE-OUTLET section are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Product Conditions:
- All products must be in perfect condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. KUMI Sneakers will not accept any product that shows signs of use or damage.
- KUMI Sneakers will not be responsible for any taxes related to the return of the package.
