Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

  • Free shipping for all orders from 180€
  • Custom fees may apply to countries other than those included in EU. In case they need to be satisfied upon delivery or return, those will be paid by the customer.
  • Orders to Spain are sent via Correos Express and the rest of the world are sent via UPS or DHL.
  • For any exchange or returns, please contact KUMI Sneakers at info@kumisneakers.com
  • You have 15 days to request any return or exchange.  If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. 
  • Spain: the cost of the exchange or return is 4,95€ (VAT included). Shipping label will be sent by the brand after customer covers shipping costs. 
  • Rest of the world: the cost of the exchange or return depends on the country. Shipping label will be sent by the brand after customer covers shipping costs.
  • We do not refund shipping costs (or customs charges) in any case.
  • For RE-OUTLET products we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • All products must be in perfect conditions in order to be changed or returned. KUMI Sneakers will not accept any product that shows signs of use or damaged.
  • KUMI Sneakers will not take charge of any taxes related to the returning package.
