Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
- Free shipping for all orders from 180€
- Custom fees may apply to countries other than those included in EU. In case they need to be satisfied upon delivery or return, those will be paid by the customer.
- Orders to Spain are sent via Correos Express and the rest of the world are sent via UPS or DHL.
- For any exchange or returns, please contact KUMI Sneakers at info@kumisneakers.com
- You have 30 days to request any return or exchange.
- Spain: free size change or return (first time is free, second size change or return should be paid by customer)
- Rest of the world: shipping label will be sent by the brand after customer covers shipping costs.
- All products must be in perfect conditions in order to be changed or returned. KUMI Sneakers will not accept any product that shows signs of use or damaged.
- KUMI Sneakers will not take charge of any taxes related to the returning package.
