The sneakers care is simple; you can clean them with a wet rag or wet wipes. 

· Do not put them in the washing machine. 

· You can wash your laces in the washing machine (only laces) in a short and cold cycle.

Free shipping for all orders from 150€. Shipping fees to the rest of the countries applied at checkout.

Custom fees may apply to countries other than those included in EU. In case they need to be satisfied upon delivery or return, those will be paid by the customer.

Orders to Spain are sent via Correos Express and the rest of the world are sent via UPS or DHL.

Spain: free size change or return (first time is free, second size change or return should be paid by customer)

Rest of the world: shipping label will be sent by the brand after customer covers shipping costs.

All products must be in perfect conditions in order to be changed or returned. KUMI Sneakers will not accept any product that shows signs of use or damaged.

KUMI Sneakers will not take charge of any taxes related to the returning package.
