Spain: free size change or return (first time is free, second size change or return should be paid by customer)
Rest of the world: shipping label will be sent by the brand after customer covers shipping costs.
All products must be in perfect conditions in order to be changed or returned. KUMI Sneakers will not accept any product that shows signs of use or damaged.
