The Final Chapter (from July 17, 2026)

As we're closing our doors, all orders placed from July 17 onwards are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.


Summer Sale (from June 28, 2026)

The following conditions apply exclusively to orders placed during the Summer Sale.

Shipping

  • Spain: €6 Standard Shipping / €9 Express Shipping
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Size exchanges within Spain have a €6 shipping fee.
  • Returns are refunded as KUMI store credit. A €6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.
  • International returns and exchanges are available upon request. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage.

Unless otherwise stated above, all standard Shipping, Returns & Exchanges conditions below remain unchanged.


Standard Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping:

  • All items are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Free shipping is offered for orders within Spain. Outlet products are excluded and have a shipping fee.
  • Customs fees may apply for countries outside of the EU. These charges must be covered by the customer upon delivery or return.

Shipping Methods:

  • Orders are shipped via Correos

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We are here to assist you with returns and exchanges because we want to make the process as easy as possible! To request a return or exchange, please contact KUMI Sneakers at info@kumisneakers.com
  • We are so confident you'll love your KUMI Sneakers that we give you 60 days to request an exchange or return. If you exceed this timeframe, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • For Spain: The first exchange or return is free of charge. A shipping label will be provided by the brand, making the process simple and hassle-free.
  • For the Rest of the World: The cost for exchanges or returns varies by country. A shipping label will be sent by the brand once you cover the shipping cost.

Non-Refundable Costs:

  • We do not refund shipping costs or customs charges in any case.
  • All items purchased during final sales or from the Outlet section are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Product Conditions:

  • All products must be in perfect condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. KUMI Sneakers will not accept any product that shows signs of use or damage.
  • KUMI Sneakers will not be responsible for any taxes related to the return of the package.
