I've recently started wearing vegan only trainers and it's hard to find some that look good and are comfortable for long walks (I walk a lot!). Kumi sneakers are really light to wear and attractive. I went to an old Roman-built city with cobbled streets, hills and uneven ground and they were super comfortable. Even in rain! Highly recommend!
